Salad:

toasted pine nuts

chopped English cucumber

Dressing:

Instructions
Bring water to a boil and add orzo; cook for 11 minutes, then drain.
Prep salad additions and whisk dressing.
Add to cooked orzo and stir.
Chill before serving.
