Cookie Dough:

unsalted butter
(at room temperature)

sifted powdered sugar

vanilla

cornstarch

cake flour
Other:
Sifted powdered sugar
(as needed)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix together cookie dough ingredients until smooth.
Use a one tablespoon scoop per cookie and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Flatten with a glass spritzed with nonstick spray then dipped in cornstarch.
Bake for 12 minutes.
When cookies cool, dust with sifted powdered sugar.
