Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 pounds russet potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill relish
  • 1/4 cup sweet relish
  • 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for twelve minutes, then drain.
  • Stir remaining ingredients together in a mixing bowl, then gently fold in the cooked potatoes.
  • Chill thoroughly before serving.
