Egglife original egg white wraps

butter

diced cooked potatoes
I used Simply Potatoes brand diced

ground cumin

black pepper

crumbled cooked bacon

cup
shredded Mexican blend cheese

nacho cheese sauce

tablespoons
fresh jalapeno
sliced

chili powder
Instructions
Heat butter in a skillet and add potatoes, cumin, salt and black pepper.
Cook until browned and turn out of pan.
Add Egglife wrap to the skillet and heat until lightly browned and firm; repeat with the other one.
Fill wrap with potatoes, cheese, cheese sauce and top with jalapeno slices and a sprinkle of chili powder.
Makes 2 servings/tacos.
