cooked according to package directions and drained

thick ranch dressing

large eggs
lightly beaten

teaspoon
minced garlic

teaspoon
salt

black pepper

teaspoon
dried marjoram

cup
large curd cottage cheese
1
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1
cup
plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
1/4
cup
whole milk
1/2
cup
dried breadcrumbs

tablespoons
melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cook noodles according to package directions in boiling salted water; rinse and drain.
Spray baking dish with nonstick spray or coat with soft butter.
In a large mixing bowl, toss cooked noodles with ranch dressing, eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, marjoram, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, yogurt (or sour cream), and milk.
Place mixture into casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with dried breadcrumbs.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, for 55-60 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
