dried marjoram

fresh lemon juice

white wine

shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet.
Cook pancetta, mushrooms, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and marjoram until onions and mushrooms soften.
Add lemon juice, butter and wine to pan and cook a few minutes to reduce.
Toss sauce and cooked spaghetti together and serve hot, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
