sesame seed burger buns

teaspoons
soft butter

ounce
cheddar cheese
2 slices

red onion

pickles

teaspoons
steak sauce
Instructions
Combine beef with roasted garlic, grill seasoning, onion powder and garlic powder and shape into 2 thick patties.
Make a "donut hole" in the center so meat grills evenly and quickly without bulging.
Grill to 160F or desired doneness.
Butter burger buns and toast until browned.
Serve burgers on buns with cheese, onions, pickles and steak sauce.
