Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 pound summer squash yellow or zucchini, chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted garlic cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Sautee squash and onion in butter with seasonings 5-10 minutes or until as tender as you like.
