warm water

package dry yeast

all-purpose flour

powdered dry milk

granulated sugar

salt

melted butter

large egg
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm water in mixing bowl, allowing to stand until yeast dissolves.
Add flour, powdered milk, sugar, salt, melted butter and egg.
Beat with hook attachment for 4-5 minutes.
Scrape dough out using a spatula into a greased bowl.
Let rise in a warm place (100F) until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Punch down and make into 12 rolls and place in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
Let rise again in warm place for about 25-35 minutes as the oven preheats.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush tops with one tablespoon melted butter while warm.
