Instructions
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Remove ham from packaging, remove any plastic pieces, and place with the widest sliced side down on a roasting pan.
Stir together the Coke, water, glaze packet, dijon mustard, ginger, and garlic.
Pour baste over ham and cover with foil.
Bake at 325ºF. for about 2 hours or until internal temperature is 140ºF. on an instant read thermometer, basting every thirty minutes and removing foil for the last half hour (don't throw foil away, you can use it to tent your ham after it comes out of the oven.) This comes out to about 12-15 minutes per pound if your ham is a different size.
