For the Sriracha Chicken:

cooked boneless chicken breast
(chopped)

mayonnaise

sriracha sauce

grated ginger
2
teaspoons
toasted sesame oil

chopped red onion

tablespoons
toasted sesame seeds

tablespoons
creamy peanut butter
1/2
cup
finely diced celery

teaspoons
rice vinegar

sugar
For Making the Wrap:
whole grain wraps
lettuce
tomato
sliced avocado
chopped peanuts
Instructions
Stir together all ingredients for the chicken salad and chill.
Serve inside a wrap with other optional  ingredients as desired.
