beef salami

beef broth or water

soft butter

teaspoon
garlic paste

sliced provolone cheese

ounces
shredded mozzarella cheese

cup
shredded lettuce

tomato
thinly sliced
1
cup
sliced banana pepper rings

tablespoons
mayonnaise
Instructions
Peel any paper from salami if needed.
Place meat in slow cooker and top with broth.
Cook on low for three hours, turning occasionally.
Slice meat into 16 thick slices.
Brush bread with butter and garlic, then top each half of roll with mozzarella cheese.
Broil in toaster oven a few minutes to melt and lightly brown.
Fill sandwiches with four slices salami, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, banana pepper, and mayonnaise.
