tub Philadelphia strawberry cream cheese
at room temp

large sliced strawberries

Wilton white cookie icing
from a 9-ounce bottle
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Roll out pastry and cut in half lengthwise and then into 6 for a total of twelve pastry pieces.
On six of the pieces, cut a half inch border on the dough so it is similar to a picture frame.
Stack the frame-cut piece onto the larger piece and place on a parchment lined baking sheet, for a total of six.
Secure the edges of the dough together lightly on the outside edges.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Use the edge of a wooden spoon to press down the inner square.
Gently fill the pastry with cream cheese and top with a sliced strawberry.
When completely cool, warm the icing bottle as directed on the package and drizzle the pastries.
Allow the icing to dry.
