unsalted butter
(at room temperature)

brown sugar

granulated sugar
1/2

strawberry jelly
(melted and cooled) (I used microwave)

large eggs

teaspoons
vanilla

cups
all-purpose flour

teaspoon
baking soda
1
teaspoon
baking powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt

old-fashioned oats
8
ounces
dried sweetened strawberries
(chopped to raisin size)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix room temperature butter and sugars together until smooth.
Stir in cooled runny jelly, eggs and vanilla.
Separately, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Add to wet mixture.
Stir in the oats and chopped strawberries last.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto parchment or silpat lined baking sheets.
Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Cool on pan a few minutes then finish cooling on a wire rack.
