Steak & Chop Grill Seasoning (makes 1/4 cup)

adobo seasoning or seasoned salt

Instructions
Preheat grill to high and oil grate.
Cut tops or bottoms of lobster tails with kitchen shears.
Loosen flesh and lift from shell, but keeping end intact.
Season lightly with seafood seasoning and drizzle with olive oil.
Season steaks lightly with steak seasoning and drizzle with olive oil.
Store remaining seasonings in containers in a cool dark place.
Grill lobster to 140F or until firm and opaque.
Grill steaks to desired doneness.
Grill lemon halves until charred and juicy.
Serve lobster with lemon and drawn butter.
