chopped white onion

Herring fillet chunks in oil
drained
1/4
teaspoon
dill weed

tablespoons
granulated sugar

tablespoons
olive oil
2
tablespoons
agrodolce vinegar
Instructions
Place spices in water and bring to a boil.
Reduce water to 1/2 cup and strain out the spent spices.
Stir the dill weed, sugar, oil and vinegar into water and pour over fish and onions in a container.
Chill 3-4 hours or longer before serving.
