Sauce:

pineapple juice

soy sauce

mirin

fresh lemon juice

toasted sesame oil

Instructions
Cut beef about bite-sized chunks.
Whisk together marinade.
Marinate beef overnight. Drain beef, reserving marinade.
Mix sauce ingredients adding reserved marinade.
Heat two tablespoons peanut oil in a wok and stir fry beef and vegetables until done, then stirring in sauce and cooking until slightly thickened.
Serve with rice or noodles.
