cooked al dente

peanut oil

red bell pepper
cut into strips

broccoli florets

snow pea pods
trimmed

carrots
shredded or diced

fresh jalapeno
sliced

scallions
thinly sliced
Sauce:
1/4
cup
oyster sauce
1
tsp
garlic
chopped

teaspoon
grated ginger
1
tablespoon
soy sauce
2
tbsp
honey
1/2
cup
orange juice
1
tablespoon
dark sesame oil
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Stir together the sauce and set aside
Cook noodles until al dente and drain.
Heat peanut oil in a large deep skillet; stir-fry the peppers and pea pods until crisp-tender. Leave the scallions aside for a moment.
Add the shrimp and cook until lightly curled.
Add the noodles (give them a rinse and drain if they're stuck together), along with the sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve when heated through.
