Sandwiches:

boneless skinless chicken breast

all-purpose flour
salt and black pepper to taste

vegetable oil

small head Boston lettuce

cucumber
(thinly sliced)

hoagie rolls
(split and toasted)
Sauce:
1/2
cup
Mezzetta Roasted Bell Peppers
(chopped)
1/4
cup
Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Tamed Jalapeno peppers
(chopped)

cup
thinly sliced scallions
1/4
cup
Kona Coast Island Teriyaki Marinade and Grilling Sauce

Thai sweet chili sauce

tablespoon
Asian hot chili garlic sauce

teaspoon
Mezzetta crushed garlic

teaspoon
ginger paste
Instructions
Combine ingredients for sauce in a small saucepan and simmer 10-15 minutes, or until sauce is thickened to the consistency of ketchup; keep warm.
Place chicken between sheets of plastic and pound into thin tenderloins.
Season flour and coat chicken pieces, shaking off excess flour.
Heat oil in a large skillet and shallow fry on both sides until golden and cooked through.
Place chicken on split toasted rolls with lettuce, sliced cucumber and warm volcano sauce drizzled on meat (amount to taste.)
Serve warm.
