grated turmeric root

grated ginger

canned coconut juice or coconut water

canned pineapple juice

granulated sugar

half and half
Instructions
Bring turmeric, ginger and water to a full boil.
Remove from heat, cover and steep fifteen minutes.
Strain mixture with a sieve.
Stir in coconut water, pineapple juice, sugar and half & half.
Serve hot.
Extras can be refrigerated. Stir gently to remix. Do not store in plastic containers that can stain.
