diced red potatoes

salt

black pepper

garlic

diced red onion

smoked sausage
diced

teaspoon
caraway seed

sugar

cup
warm water
1/2
cup
cider vinegar

tablespoon
Italian parsley

tablespoon
dried chives

sliced scallions
Instructions
Cook until potatoes are tender about 15 minutes in boiling water. Drain.
Season potatoes with s&p and garlic.
Whisk sugar with warm water and vinegar until completely dissolved.
Cook for about five minutes to thicken dressing.
Brown sausage, caraway seed and onion in oil until sausage is lightly browned.
Add to potatoes and dressing.
Stir in parsley and chives.
Serve warm.
