For wings:

cornstarch

each salt and black pepper
Nando's Style Peri Peri Sauce (makes 2/3 cup):

melted butter

Louisiana cayenne pepper sauce

tablespoon
fresh lemon juice

tablespoons
vinegar

teaspoons
ground peri peri pepper

teaspoons
smoked paprika

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Mix together peri peri wing sauce and set aside.
Season wing sections with salt and pepper, then dredge in cornstarch, shaking off excess.
Place wings on mesh tray and airfry/bake at convection at 390F for 35-40 minutes, turning every ten minutes or so, or until chicken is browned and crispy.
Toss wings in sauce and serve.
