Apple-Rhubarb Filling:

fresh sliced rhubarb

apple pie spice

Dump Cake Extras:

yellow cake mix

melted butter

cup
honey oats granola
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Peel and core apples, then slice. Toss with lemon juice.
Cook the apple slices with chopped rhubarb in the butter until apples soften.
Stir in the flour, brown sugar, apple pie spice and salt. Allow to thicken.
Spray an oblong baking pan with nonstick or grease it.
Spread the fruit filling into the dish.
Top with half the cake mix, then half the melted butter and repeat.
Top with the granola.
Bake for 60 minutes.
Serve warm or chilled with ice cream.
Refrigerate unused portions.
