Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bacon cooked crisp
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 medium ripe tomato thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon until desired amount of crispness and drain.
  • Spread butter on one side of bread only.
  • Thinly slice tomato and pat dry.
  • Place bacon, cheese and dried tomato slices on bread and enclose.
  • Grill on griddle, buttered side out until golden on both sides.
