Instructions
Cook bacon until desired amount of crispness and drain.
Spread butter on one side of bread only.
Thinly slice tomato and pat dry.
Place bacon, cheese and dried tomato slices on bread and enclose.
Grill on griddle, buttered side out until golden on both sides.
