For the Pork:

country style ribs
salt and black pepper

vegetable oil

barbecue sauce

beer
For Sandwiches:
Hoagie rolls
Additional BBQ sauce
Instructions
Brown ribs in a skillet in oil.
Place in the crockpot with the beer and barbecue sauce.
Cover and cook for 4-6 hours on high.
Remove ribs and any bones.
Discard cooking liquids and add ribs back to the crock with bbq sauce and heat on high until warmed through.
Serve pork on the rolls.
