Whisk together marinade and marinate steak slices 4-6 hours or overnight, refrigerated.
Whisk together the sauce and drain off marinade from the steak, adding it to the sauce.
Add two tablespoons peanut oil to wok and stir-fry broccoli florets until they turn deep green; add 1/2 cup water and continue to cook until water evaporates.
Set broccoli aside in a bowl.
Add two more tablespoons peanut oil and stir-fry the steak until no longer pink.
