Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, overhanging and lightly greased so it clings to the pan while you add the batter (I use a little bit of nonstick spray).
Mix together the eggs, melted butter, peanut butter and golden syrup until smooth.
Add the brown sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla powder and flour, mixing well.
Fold in the peanut butter chips and peanuts.
Spread evenly in the pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until just barely underdone, then remove from oven.
Let cool in the pan, then lift out using the paper overhang and cut into two dozen blondies (4x6)
