chopped roasted pistachios

chopped baklava

fresh blackberries

caramel ice cream topping or sauce
whipped cream as needed
Instructions
Soften ice cream enough to be able to mix in the stir-ins.
Gently fold in 1/4 cup pistachios, 1 cup of the baklava, and 5 ounces of blackberries, reserving the remainder of each to top the ice cream later.
Put the ice cream back into the freezer until it firms up a bit.
Scoop loaded ice cream into bowls and top with caramel sauce, remainder of pistachios and baklava.
Top with whipped cream and the extra blackberries.
Serve at once.
