Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces ripe cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 3 tablespoons diced fresh jalapeno
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
 

  • Pulse all ingredients in a blender 6-10 times until it is the consistency you like.
  • Makes 2-1/2 cups.
