BLT Roll-Ups are bite sized delights of bacon, tomato, pesto, lettuce and cheese inside a savory sun-dried tomato wrap- all tied up for school lunches.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 roma tomatoes sliced thin and patted dry
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at rom temperature
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 1 pound bacon cooked crisp
  • 6 cups kale or lettuce
  • 5-6 sun-dried tomato flavored sandwich wraps

Instructions
 

  • Stir together the cream cheese with the pesto until smooth.
  • On each wrap, put 1/4 cup spread, along with some of the tomato, lettuce and bacon.
  • Roll up wraps and secure with toothpicks; chill until firm.
  • Slice into pieces as desired.
