  • 1 ounce softened Brie cheese rind trimmed if preferred
  • 3 thin slices cucumber
  • 3 thin slices red bell pepper
  • 2 thin slices red onion
  • 1/4 small ripe avocado sliced
  • 3 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1 tablespoon alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 teaspoon agrodolce vinegar Trader Joe's
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
