For my offering, I prepared a Brie sandwich with fresh vegetables. I like sandwiches with Brie. And besides the usual cucumber I might put in other vegetables which are welcome as well.
I’ve used the Trader Joe’s Agrodolce Vinegar. Which is a white wine vinegar flavored with grape must. Using this you’ll find you won’t need to dress your sandwich with oil or other fats like mayo.
I like using a crusty French roll or hard roll but you’re always free to use whichever type bread you prefer.
