Grilled Ham Cheese and Tomato Sandwich

I have  posted  several  grilled sandwiches recently, which helps show  how much I love them. I find the ideas great for any meal: breakfast, lunch or supper.

Besides using either deli or leftover baked ham, I also use a shredded Italian blend cheese in this. You could also use thin slices of each of mozzarella, provolone and Asiago cheese.
