Durkee's Famous Sauce in Potato Salad

I will post recipes for making the sauce from scratch, along with potato salad. The sauce is mustard and mayo based. And it goes well with potato salad, deviled eggs, on sandwiches such as sliced turkey. Not to mention as a smear for meats such as roast pork. Or even tossed with something such as grilled asparagus. It is very versatile.

  3. My stepfather loved Durkee’s but as a kid, it was not my cup of tea. Looking at the ingredient list, I’m pretty sure I’d like it now, Sue. I’ll have to whip up a batch, you know, for research, just to make certain.
