Potato Salad with Durkee's Sauce:

Instructions
To make Durkee's Famous Sauce:
Whisk egg yolk and vinegar together in a small pan over low heat.
Cook, stirring continuously, until mixture reads 160F on an instant-read thermometer.
Stir in remaining sauce ingredients until smooth.
Chill before serving.
Potato Salad with Durkee's Sauce:
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water 25-30 minutes or until tender.
Chop into bite sized pieces.
Stir in Durkee's sauce (about 1cup) and remaining ingredients.
Chill before serving.
