Ingredients
  

Salad:

  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces cauliflower florets
  • 8 slices bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
  • 1 cup sliced red seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped gouda cheese
  • 1/2 cup craisins or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1/4 cup roasted salted pepitas

Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place salad ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together dressing and toss with salad.
  • Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight for best flavor.
