finely chopped gouda cheese

craisins or dried cranberries

chopped toasted walnuts

roasted salted pepitas
Dressing:

cup
mayonnaise

cup
granulated sugar

cider vinegar

salt

white pepper
Instructions
Place salad ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Whisk together dressing and toss with salad.
Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight for best flavor.
