canned condensed cheddar cheese soup

milk

black pepper

teaspoon
garlic powder

Ritz crackers
crushed into crumbs

tablespoons
melted butter

cups
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray a 13"x9" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise, into thin cutlets.
Slice uncooked chicken cutlets into strips.
Stir milk into soup with salt, pepper and garlic.
Layer chicken, broccoli, soup mixture, and grated cheese in the casserole dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Toss cracker crumbs with melted butter.
Remove foil from the casserole dish and sprinkle top of casserole with the buttered crumbs.
Bake for another 15 minutes (with no foil) until crumbs are golden.
