butter

bacon
cooked crisp

Cheddar cheese

mayonnaise

grated horseradish
Instructions
Combine ingredients for burgers and shape into five patties.
Chill patties for thirty minutes.
Grill patties to 150F over moderate heat.
Saute onion in butter and cook bacon.
Stir together the mayo and horseradish for horsey sauce.
Serve on buns with cheese, bacon, sauteed onions and horsey sauce.
