Cheddar and Horseradish Burgers is my recipe of he day for #BurgerMonth.

Print Recipe

Yeah. It’s May and it’s Burger Month. So that means it’s time to go play with Kita in the sandbox creating new burgers.

So Yay! Let’s get to making up some fresh patties and throwing them on the grill. Or maybe a skillet. But I do love a flame grilled burger!

This juicy burger is chock full of Wagyu ground beef. As well as hi-temp Cheddar cheese through out. This type of cheese has a melting point of 400F so you can easily melt it inside the meat without worrying about it melting out.

As well, it has a couple extra slices of cheese added for good measure.  Then it is fitted out with sauteed onions and a homemade horseradish mayo.

What else do you need? Well, I did throw a few extra fries on my grill. Did you know you can do that? Try the recipe here.
