Queen City Burgers add the seasonings of Cincinnati chili to this delicious take on an Ohio cheeseburger.
Queen City Burgers
By Sue Lau | Palatable Pastime
Queen City Burgers is my recipe of the day with the blogging group Sunday Funday. We post weekly on a common theme for recipes. This week we are sharing burger recipes for Burger Month.
My burger today is packed with all the flavors of Cincinnati chili. Texans might complain that it is not chili and this time, Ohioan will agree. Haha!
But all the flavors are there and it makes quite a delicious burger. And I promise the burger is in there, even if I did get a little carried away with my cheese.
I love cheese. And if you have ever seen a 5-Way chili, you might notice it gets buried under cheese as well.
For toppings besides the cheese, I’ve left it at sauteed onions and mustard, since onions and mustard are two 5 way ingredients. But Texans might be happy I have skipped the beans on this one.
