Chef Salad Skewers have a cute presentation of a very classic salad, perfect for brunches or party appetizers with fresh vegetable appeal.
Chef Salad Skewers
By Sue Lau | Palatable Pastime
Chef Salad Skewers is my recipe of the day with the blogging group From Our Dinner Table. We group together weekly to post on a common recipe topic. This week we are sharing recipes for Mother’s Day brunches.
Since brunch buffets generally include both breakfast and luncheon foods, I thought I would add something perfect for a small lunch sampling. You can use it as an add on bite, as many buffet foods do, or as an appetizer.
I imagine most salad courses for this day would be small. Personally, I would love this along with some crepes, breakfast pastry and fresh cut fruits. And maybe a dessert with a Bloody Mary or Mimosa.
