Good morning!  Today I am sharing my recipe for taco burgers with you, which is very simple and also quick to  make. I don’t   know why I had never thought to make these before- essentially it is making the taco as a burger with the taco seasoning mixed in.

Cooking these up- you know,  burgers on the stove smell wonderful and these smelled even better because it was the aroma of burgers and tacos at the same time.

I added some  crushed  chips for extra crunch. And you could add some guacamole as well (I actually forgot until  it was half eaten)(the burger was disappearing that fast!)

Weekends seem to be the best burger time for me so this is perfect around here for Fridays and  Saturdays- especially as I tend to get busier on  the  weekends so I like to have something I can cook fast. Otherwise I usually end up eating out. And then I end up complaining about the burgers on their menus: beef patty too small for the bun, too many pickles,  not enough onion, why did they put the whole jar of mayo  on there? Tomatoes cut too thin, lettuce is wilted, and who sat on my burger? It’s been smashed!

I  can tell  you have been to  some  of the same  places, right?

Food is always better prepared at home.
