Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Beer Marinade

I decided to grill up some pork using a simple marinade. This marinates for 6 hours or overnight. Then drained and grilled to about 142F, then rested until the temp rises to around 145F. You may see a little pink (like a medium steak) but it is perfectly cooked and will be nice and juicy. If you overcook, it will tend to be dry.

I like mine with steak sauce but you don’t have to. Really, pork is like beef in that salt and pepper plus the marinade will add plenty of flavor.
