Instructions
Place pork in marination bag or pan.
Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over pork forming an airtight seal.
Marinate refrigerated, overnight.
Drain pork and grill on oiled grill for about 10-15 minutes or until 145F and lightly charred.
Rest ten minutes, then slice thinly.
Serve with steak sauce if you prefer.
