Equipment

  • grill spray (Webers)
  • digital grill thermometer

Ingredients
  

  • 1-3/4 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 7 ounces lager beer
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Place pork in marination bag or pan.
  • Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over pork forming an airtight seal.
  • Marinate refrigerated, overnight.
  • Drain pork and grill on oiled grill for about 10-15 minutes or until 145F and lightly charred.
  • Rest ten minutes, then slice thinly.
  • Serve with steak sauce if you prefer.
