shredded cheddar cheese

cooled melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray a large muffin pan with baker's release spray.
Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Place cheese in a separate bowl ad toss with a couple tablespoons of the flour.
In a third bowl, whisk the eggs, cooled butter and milk.
Mix the milk mixture into the flour the fold in the cheese.
Divide batter among 15 muffin cavities in the pan.
Bake for 20-22 minutes.
Cool in the pan five minutes, then turn out and finish cooling on a wire rack.
