Peanut Dipping Sauce (satay, yield 1/2 cup)

coconut water or coconut milk

toasted sesame oil

rice vinegar
Instructions
Marinate chicken in marinade 3-6 hours or overnight.
Drain marinade from chicken.
Grill tenders over med-high heat until cooked through.
Mix together sauce and use as dipping sauce.
