Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup thick Greek yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons Rajah Tandoori Masala Spice
  • 1/2 large onion cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 4 ounces paneer cheese
  • 1/2 cup thinned yogurt
  • 12 ounces jarred butter masala sauce
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 6 pinches garam masala
  • 6 nan bread

Instructions
 

  • Stir together yogurt with masala spice.
  • Cut chicken into chunks and marinate the chicken in the yogurt mixture for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Grill chicken, bell pepper and onion on soaked skewers until cooked through and lightly charred.
  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • To build pizzas, place 1/4 cup butter masala sauce on each, then top each with one sixth of the chicken, vegetables, and paneer cheese.
  • Bake pizzas for 10-15 minutes.
  • Top with a drizzle of thin yogurt, chopped cilantro and a pinch of garam masala.
