Chocolate Mascarpone Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  

Sweet mascarpone:

  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

The Rest:

  • 5 (1.55 ounce each) bars Hershey's milk chocolate bars
  • 10 slices square brioche bread
  • 1 stick butter (softened)
  • extra powdered sugar (as needed, to dust sandwiches)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the sweet mascarpone and set aside.
  • On each chocolate grilled cheese, take two slices brioche and coat the bread (inside) with 3 tablespoons of sweet mascarpone.
  • Break the chocolate bar to fit and put the two slices of bread together.
  • Coat the outsides of the bread with soft butter.
  • Griddle the sandwiches over low heat until golden on both sides, being careful when you turn the sandwich so the top doesn't try to slide off.
  • Allow sandwiches to cool, then dust with powdered sugar and serve.
