Longhorn Grill Seasoning (makes 1/4 cup)

adobo seasoning or seasoned salt

granulated onion powder

Instructions
Stir together grill seasoning and place in an airtight container.
Combine 1/2 teaspoon grill seasoning with ground beef and shape into patties.
Grill or cook in a skillet to desired doneness.
Saute the onion and mushrooms in the mixture of butter and oil with a light sprinkle of seasoning until vegetables are cooked.
Serve chopped steaks covered with sauteed onions and mushrooms, and mashed potatoes with gravy alongside.
