roasted salted peanuts

roasted sliced almonds

roasted salted cashews

finely shredded unsweetened coconut

flax seed
1/4
cup
sesame seeds
1/4
cup
chia seeds
1/4
cup
organic coconut sugar
1/4
cup
coconut milk powder

tablespoons
butter or margarine
melted
2/3
cup
honey or maltitol syrup
sugar free honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300F.
Pulse nuts in a food processor until finely chopped (or chop by hand, but I am lazy).
Mix in a bowl with remaining ingredients.
Line a quarter baking sheet with nonstick foil.
Spread mix evenly on the pan and firmly press down using oiled hands or a piece of parchment (I prefer using parchment).
Bake for 35 minutes, and make preliminary cuts into the crisps.
Return to the oven and bake 15 minutes more.
Allow crisps to cool and crisp up on pan, then cut apart and put in an airtight container.
